About us

We start with how your business actually runs.

Nexora Advisory LLC is a business consulting and software solutions company. We work with owners and operating teams who already know something needs to change — a process that eats too many hours, a tool nobody adopted, reporting that arrives too late to act on.

From there we map the process, design the fix, and build or configure the software behind it. No oversized decks, no theoretical roadmaps — just systems your team keeps using long after the engagement ends.

Services

Six ways we make a business easier to run.

  • 01

    Business Consulting

An operational review of how work moves through your company, followed by a prioritized plan: what to fix first, what it costs, and what it returns.

  • 02

    Software Development

Internal tools, dashboards, and client-facing applications built around the way your team already works — not around a product someone else designed.

  • 03

    Digital Process Improvement

Removing the manual steps, handoffs, and duplicate data entry that quietly consume hours every week across your most-used workflows.

  • 04

    Systems Implementation

Selecting, configuring, and rolling out CRM, ERP, and operational platforms — including data migration, team training, and the first weeks of live use.

  • 05

    Automation & Integration

Connecting the tools you already pay for so information moves between them on its own, instead of through a spreadsheet and someone's inbox.

  • 06

    Technology Advisory

An ongoing outside perspective on architecture, vendor decisions, and technology spend — the senior input of a CTO without the full-time hire.

Why people choose us

Advice you can act on, and systems that outlast us.

Most consulting engagements end at the recommendation. Ours end when the thing we recommended is running, measured, and owned by your team.

  • 01

    Operators, not theorists

Every recommendation comes with an implementation path. We stay through the rollout rather than handing over a report and leaving.

  • 02

    Fixed scope, clear pricing

You know the deliverable, the timeline, and the cost before work starts. No open-ended billing and no surprise change orders.

  • 03

    Built around your team

Systems are designed to match how your people already work, so adoption isn't a fight and training takes days rather than months.

  • 04

    Direct senior access

You work with the people doing the work. No account layer sitting between you and the decisions that shape the build.

FAQ

Questions we get before the first call.

Small and mid-sized companies — typically between 5 and 200 people — where operations have outgrown the systems that were put in place early on. We work across professional services, logistics, healthcare practices, and product companies.

Both. Most engagements start as an operational review and continue into development or implementation, because the same team that mapped the process is best placed to build the fix. You can also engage us for only one or the other.

With a consultation call. We go through how your operations run today, what isn't working, and what a fix would realistically be worth. If there is a fit, you receive a written scope with a fixed timeline and price before any work begins.

An operational review usually takes two to four weeks. Implementation and development projects generally run six to sixteen weeks depending on scope, and we work in defined phases so you see something usable well before the end.

Yes. We offer ongoing support and advisory retainers covering maintenance, iteration, and training as your team grows and your requirements change. There is no obligation to continue once a project is delivered.
