Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 1, 2026
Nexora Advisory LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through nexorasadvisory.online, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
01Who is responsible for your data
Nexora Advisory LLC, 30N Gould Street Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States, is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at nexoraadvisory.llc@gmail.com.
02Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the consultation form we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. Company name and phone number are optional and collected only if you choose to provide them.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and timestamps in order to serve the site securely and diagnose faults.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and we do not collect information from children under the age of 16.
03How we use your information
We use personal information only to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation;
- provide, deliver, and administer services you have engaged us for;
- maintain records of our correspondence and business relationship;
- keep the website secure, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
04Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or comparable law applies, we rely on: your consent when you voluntarily submit the contact form; performance of a contract where we are delivering services to you; our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, securing the site, and operating our business; and legal obligation where retention or disclosure is required by law.
05Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function and to keep it secure. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent beforehand.
06Sharing and service providers
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate — for example website hosting and email providers — and only to the extent needed to perform that service. These providers are bound to process the data on our instructions and to keep it secure.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
07International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
08How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to a client engagement are retained for as long as necessary to deliver the services and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. You may ask us to delete your data sooner.
09Security
The site is served over encrypted connections and access to enquiry data is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
10Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents additionally have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale — we do not sell personal information.
To exercise any right, email nexoraadvisory.llc@gmail.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK and are unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised, and the current version is always published on this page.
